London Chamber Adjudication Service LCAS

What is Adjudication

Adjudication involves a trained adjudicator evaluating the documents and evidence presented by both the customer and the company to make a decision. The adjudicator considers the relevant laws pertaining to the dispute. If the customer accepts the adjudicator’s decision, it becomes binding on both parties. However, if the customer rejects the decision, it holds no binding effect on either party.
