Mediation

The aim of mediation is to support the parties in reaching a constructive and mutually acceptable resolution through a structured and impartial process. It is guided by a skilled, high quality mediator who facilitates open dialogue, manages conflict effectively, and ensures all voices are heard.

Arbitration

Arbitration is a private process through which the parties present their case to a neutral arbitrator, who reviews the evidence and issues a binding decision outside of court. The arbitrator brings experience and deep industry expertise, all delivered through a fixed-fee model that is transparently and competitively priced, providing cost certainty.

Expedited Arbitration

Expedited arbitration is a streamlined arbitration process designed to reach a binding decision quickly and cost-effectively, using simplified procedures and accelerated timelines. It is well suited to smaller, less complex disputes, while still providing access to an experienced arbitrator with strong industry expertise.
Expedited Arbitration
To refer a future dispute to LCAM arbitration (or expedited arbitration), parties are recommended to include these clauses in their contracts. The sections in brackets should be completed with relevant information. Please contact LCAM if you have any questions regarding these clauses.
