LCAM is delighted to share the Report on Diversity & Inclusion within the ADR industry produced in collaboration with the Department of Law and Criminology at the Royal Holloway, University of London. The Report presents the findings of the 2023 survey undertaken by RHUL and LCAM.
The Report serves as a tentative first step in identifying potential diversity gaps within the ADR industry, examining the personal characteristics of ADR practitioners including race, educational background, gender and the sectors in which survey respondents operated. The survey reveals a number of potential diversity gaps, concluding that responsibility rests with all within the legal sphere to promote diversity in the ADR industry so that ADR’s users can harness the benefits that diversity brings.
