We are delighted that LCAM has been nominated with Immunefi and Greenberg Traurig for Global Arbitration Review’s prestigious “Best Innovation” 2025 Award for our innovative Blockchain Expedited Arbitration Rules.
The Rules, announced earlier this year, are designed to support the efficient and effective resolution of specialist web3 disputes, including those arising between security researchers and web3 software product owners.
Under the ground-breaking Rules, awards can be enforced both off-chain under national legislation and the New York Convention, as well as on the blockchain through Immunefi’s Vault system.
Other key features of the rules include optional anonymity for parties, documents-only proceedings and a streamlined timetable for an Award within 4 months of the arbitrator’s appointment.
